Use 100% for 98% humidity?

Post by Feek »

Evening all,

I've seen my GW1003 register 99% humidity a handful of times but it's never gone above that. Should I set the Use 100% for 98% humidity option within CumulusMX?

Thanks.

Only if you *really* want to see 100% values. Most sensors don't actually reach 100%, especially after they have aged a bit.

Is there any benefit in seeing it at 100%? I have no issue if it's only going to report 99%, I just saw that option and wasn't sure if I should tick it or not.

I shall leave the option unticked.
