I did that, but no value can be displayed without an outdoor sensor

Do you have the WH32 now or do you not have it yet?

No, I don't have the sensor yet. The delivery from China is still ongoing. Here in Germany at Froggit they don't know the sensor and therefore don't have it in their product range. There it is believed that a DP50 could do the job. This is not true, however, because the DP50 is a multi-channel sensor and therefore does not work. Froggit doesn't understand that.

Ok, then you will need to wait for the WH32 to get this sorted out.

Yes, you are correct that the DP50 will not work as an outdoor main sensor. The DP50 is equivalent to WH31. Strange that Froggit sells the DP300 / WS68 and no WH32.

Froggit is being ridiculous and they have shown that they do not understand their product. I have just now emailed them to inform them that they must sell the WH32 if they plan on selling the DP300 / WS68. The DP50 / WH31 is not a valid substitute for a WH32. The WH31 is not capable of being seen as a main outdoor sensor. Without the WH32 it will not only mess up Cumulus MX but also all the other online services (WU, AWEKAS, WeatherCloud...etc.). I know you all know this. I'm just venting.

I've pointed this out to Froggit several times. Unfortunately without success. This means that all weather stations with individual sensors are pointless because the outdoor sensor is missing. However, I want individual sensors because this is the only way to measure plausible values. A complete sensor on the roof never shows the right temperature. And at a height of 2-3 meters, the anemometer again shows no correct values. I am also used to the individual sensors of my WS 2500. The WS 2500 has worked perfectly for more than 10 years. Unfortunately there are no more parts for this.
So I also have a comparison because both weather stations now work in parallel.

I just now also sent an email to Fine Offset. Maybe Froggit will listen to their supplier. SMH

Emailing them worked! Froggit has just now removed the station listing from their website. But they did not respond to my email. Perhaps it just took a little convincing. I trust that they will soon sell the WH32. Interestingly though the separate DP300 is still listed. I suppose someone could use the DP300 as an anemometer override to the HP1000SE and then still have a complete station.

I'll watch the thing. My sensor from China will surely arrive earlier before Froggit has listed it and also has it in stock. So, I'm really happy that everything works. Now it's time to go to sleep, I have to get up very early tomorrow. Until then and thanks again for being patient with me.

Froggit has WH32 sensors as they are the ones used by this consoles
https://www.froggit.de/product_info.php ... meter.html
See this italian post in a italian forum (use google translate)
https://forum.meteonetwork.it/stazioni- ... 1061136348
he bought the WH32 as spare part for the wh2626. It is not listed, he asked for it and they selled it to him. And it worked as WH32 on a GW1000-dp1500

I believe that at froggit they don't know this.

Ecowitt sells GW1000 at 868MHz, you have to ask.
Unfortunately on Aliexpress you can find only WH31 using 868MHz.

That would be awesome and ignorance cannot be beaten. I will now order such a part immediately. If it doesn't work or doesn't work at 868 MHz, I will send it back. My sensor ordered in China still takes at least 3 weeks.

As promised my feedback. My Froggit sensor has arrived and it is working perfectly. I deliberately did not use the sensor described on the WH2626, but the replacement sensor on the WH2800. I just wanted to know. WH32 F is on the back. I can't say what the F stands for. It shows degrees Celsius and humidity correctly and works with 868MHz. Now that I know all this, I am even more disappointed with the expertise and advice at Froggit. My clues were completely ignored. However, the name Froggit is very important. You don't want to be compared to Ecowitt. Certainly because they can do it better and are also much cheaper. Apart from the delivery time.
