CMX 3.14.0 build 3159 Updated

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

... and all good here too, so thank you Mark.

I notice a new warning appearing in my MXdiags that shows some of my realtime uploads are a bit slow so the next one is skipped. I presume the warning is an enhancement in b3159.

Not really a problem for me but I wondered whether using something other than "plain old FTP" ... eg SFTP or FTPS ... would be more efficient?

I have found SFTP to generally be faster - though as a transfer protocol I believe it is supposed to be less efficient than FTP. But the set-up and command response times seem to be faster, and we are not (generally!) transferring gigabytes of data.
