NOOB here, so please have mercy on me.
I have a Davis WLL account, and a local Davis Weatherlink 6100. My WLL (pro) account has all the history since I installed the VantagePro. How can I get that history downloaded into my new CMX install?
Also, I'm confused why CMX asks for the IP of my device (I'm assuming its for the local WLL 6100?) and also the authentication for the Weatherlink Live website. I'm probably confused what the IP addy is for.

Re: New Install No History download
The IP address of your (local) WLL is so CumulusMX can find it on the network to download live data from it.
The authentication for the (remote) WLL is so that CumulusMX can download historic data as that is where it is stored.
To force CumulusMX to download historic data I think you have to set the start date in the Cumulus.ini file to the date of the start date of the data you have stored in WLL service. A fresh install of CumulusMX will set that date to today's date. You also need a Davis WLL Pro account to access and download your historic data.
