SFTP suddenly no more

For months I have been operating a Cumulus MX weather station that uploads data online to a homepage.
The computer with Windows 10 runs permanently and every 2 minutes text files are uploaded to the homepage via SFTP.
Since the day before yesterday nothing works anymore, no data is transferred.
No Windows update has been made, no programme update has been made, no change has been made to the router.
I can connect to the Internet with the computer without any problems.
In the transmission log, the following is listed each time a data transmission is attempted:
As written, NOTHING HAS CHANGED, has been running without problems for months until the day before yesterday.

Sounds like they made a change on your SFTP server. I'd contact your hosting company and ask them if they made a change, and if so what?
They have possibly dropped older authentication protocols at a guess.
