NOAA reports not showing!

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

The files are being uploaded to the report folder so thats working.
But when you go to the website click on reports nothing is displayed sometimes I get a popup saying that Did not find the required report Please try another date.

Hi,

See quote below
PaulMy wrote: Sun 18 Jul 2021 12:15 am Hi,
re your Reports issue, you may need to change the path in \js\noaarpts.js

Code: Select all

let rptPath = '';  // Your path should have a trailing "/", eg. 'Reports/'
to
let rptPath = 'Reports/';
or whatever you've named the remote file.

Enjoy,
Paul

Well looking at my setup you have the same route on the NOAA settings in CMX /var/www/html/Reports allowing for your extra pathway. Have you tried to copy and paste the files to your RPi site, as far as I was aware only the current file gets transferred at the end of day roll over rather than all historical files.

You are correct, I am not aware of any way that MX can upload historic reports. So those do need to be uploaded/copied across manually.

Strictly speaking, NOAA report upload is an option: NOAA Reports Settings → FTP Options

But assuming that option is set, the end of day process generates a monthly report first, then generates a yearly report, and the actual upload occurs at the next web update after end of day finishes, as per this quote from my MXdiags file:
NOAA reports will be uploaded at next web update
