Hi, I've returned to Cumulus after a gap of many years and please excuse my ignorance but can someone advise me on how to install CumulusMX onto my Windows 10 laptop.
After downloading and extracting the files and then run CumulusMX.exe, I just get the attached Command prompt. The program doesn't seem to run. What am I doing wrong?

Legacy Cumulus 1 release 1.9.4 (build 1099) - 28 November 2014
(a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of drop-down menus to 2030)

That's exactly what is supposed to happen.
If you read the text, you need to put http://localhost:8998/ in to your web browser and it'll take you to the dashboard. From there, you can go through the menu and set up your station.

CMX is running OK. The interface is webbased.
In your browser go to http://localhost:8998 and do the settings.
