The error in your log file points to an incorrect serial port setting for your station. Cumulus MX is looking for your station to be connected to serial port COM1, but a port of that name doesn't exist. So my first step would be to check which serial port your station is actually using.

As an aside, I note that your profile says that you have a WMR200 weather station. The log file you supplied shows that Cumulus MX is expecting a Davis Vantage Pro2 weather station. So either your profile is incorrect or you are specifying the incorrect weather station in your Cumulus MX settings.
