Changing unit values
l recently had a crash, am back online but my windspeed is now displaying in m/s. Can l change it without doing any damage (l dont care if l lose historic records, only been back up for a couple of weeks) and is there a procedure l should follow - please keep it simple & non-technical

Re: Changing unit values
if you don't care, just delete the whole thing and start again. When setting up the station (in the settings, management interface) you set the units. Make the correct choice.
You should make those unit choices only once, don't modify later because the datafiles won't change units.
If you are not sure, experiment a little, take a day or so. No harm will be done. When finished experimenting, throw the installation away and make youd definitive installation and setup. This way you can try and err before starting the operational install.
For procedures and other wisdom: see the forum (other can point you to the right threads) and the Wiki (Top right: Cumulus Documentation).
Good luck.
