CWOP - Array out of bounds.

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

CWOP - Array out of bounds.

Post by philpugh »

Just noticed this....

I moved my production system (Ecowitt WH65 plus additional sensors) onto a Pi 4 (also running MariaDb and NginX webserver).

To start with all working fine - this was using the non-HTML Ecowitt station setting.

Yesterday evening I moved this to using the HTML ECOWITT station setting. Everything looked OK but looking at the diags this a.m. I noticed the CWOP update was failing.

Attached are three files :

Extract from MXdiags for working system:
CWOP-working.txt
Extract from failing MXdiags:-
CWOP error MXdiags.txt
and screen shot of CWOP settings - not changed for many months.
CWOP settings.png
Any clues?

Yes, a bug. The HTTP Ecowitt station type has not been added to the CWOP/APRS list of station types.

Thanks Mark,

I'll set it back to 'normal' Ecowitt Station for the time being.
