After ftp'ing necessary files for my personal weather webpage and in monthly records, there are only record shown for this month, February 2013. The other months are blank. How can I get the data from the other months displayed in my website?

It's showing it for some months now. If you carried out the procedure correctly for all months, then you should have data for those months. If you have errors in your dayfile.txt, then it won't be able to update. What happened when you clicked 'fetch dayfile data' and then selected each month's tab? Did you actually see the data appear? And when you clicked the 'copy' button in the header bar, did it copy over to the left hand side? Did the error light flash after you had closed the edit window?
