Re: Cumulus 1.9.3
About bloomin' time I say
1 year and 4 months in beta, is this a record?
Well done Steve, it's amazing how much goes into each 'formal' release.

The first beta version of 1.9.3 was 10 months ago?mcrossley wrote:1 year and 4 months in beta, is this a record?
I just try to wait until it looks like things are "quiet". But no doubt a major bug will appear almost immediately, despite the lengthy beta testing

Re: Cumulus 1.9.3
I should have checked! 1y 4m since 1.9.2 release.
Still an amazing amount of effort Steve - as David said, take a break from it for a while now - barring the unlikely event of major bugs of course

I do have a Linux version in progress, but it's some way off being usable. I have some work that I've promised for the existing version which I need to finish off first.beeman wrote:You can start work on a Linux version now

Re: Cumulus 1.9.3
Hi Steve,
Thanks for new release.. so many new things, we'll have to do a huge job
to upgrade all our "satellite" projects based on a so great software!
For Linux version, keep it small, I have a spare 128mb router ready for it!!
A lot of thanks!

Re: Cumulus 1.9.3
Nice I like it.
Nice to be able to view the extra sensors attached to my vp2 but under leaf wetness it also displays the soil temperatures which doesn't really make sense. Should really only display leaf wetness and nothing else.

Re: Cumulus 1.9.3
It should be displaying leaf temp and wetness in the leaf temp/wetness box. Are you saying it's putting soil temperatures in that box? As well as in the soil temperature box? Or instead of? What sensors do you have, exactly?

Re: Cumulus 1.9.3
I have a leaf wetness, soil moisture, and two temperature probes. The soil temperatures are listed under under soil temp sensor one is now at 2.2C and sensor two at -0.6c (it's acting as a grass min) Under soil moisture there's one reading under sesnor one 77cb so far so good. Under leaf temp I have under sensor one 2.2c under sensor two I have -0.6C then under the second sensor 1 the leaf wetness at now reading two. The first two sensor readings under the leaf temp/wetness are the soil readings and are nonsense really if you think about it.
