Steve I still have two apparent issues with 1.8.0.
First the dayfile.txt contains 4 lines all the same date 24/09/08, the last of these lines has time values for max wind gust amd max temp of 07:36 but Cumulus was never running at that time. Also Cumulus was not running at midnight as I shut down the PC, so could any of these lines been added during download of the archived data form the logger which happened at about 07:36 this morning when started up the PC and Cumulus. Processing the archive was fast by the way and I could see the progress in the bottom left corner.
Second the Trends page on my test website is not showing any graphs, see here. Again is this likely to be something I have done/not done?
Stuart

These images are not being found:
They appear to be in your Cumulus directory rather than in your images directory under your Cumulus directory.
It might be that your images directory doesn't exist or has the wrong permissions. FTP then can chdir to it and drops the images in the Cumulus directory instead.
Code: Select all

Thanks Kevin, I'd missed out on creating the images directory so that issue is now fixed....TNETWeather wrote:These images are not being found:

Hmmm. I posted a reply to your other issue, but where's it gone?

Re: Two issues with 1.8.0
I'll try again:
Yes, Cumulus adds lines to dayfile.txt as it find records that cross midnight as it process the data from the logger. Perhaps your VP2 is giving duplicate or out of order records...
Do you have a backup of your data folder from yesterday? Stop Cumulus, restore the data, and edit Cumulus.ini to add a line
Logging=1
to the [Station] section. Start Cumulus, run for 5 minutes, then send me the debug.log and dayfile.txt files.
edit: the Sep08Log.txt file would also be useful - in fact, could you please send me the current version of that now?
Thanks,
Steve
