100°F+ temps being rounded off

Post by garytx »

Hi, Steve

We've had some rather hot weather lately, and I've been noticing that when temps reach above 100° (Fahrenheit), Cumulus is rounding off the daily high (e.g., when temps topped out at 102.5°F, Cumulus is showing the daily record as 103.0°.

Thanks,
Gary

I'm probably using 3 significant figures. I should have a bug-fix release coming out soon, I'll make sure it's fixed in that.

Thanks,
Steve

Thank you, Steve, 1.7.13 fixed it. I figured that was the issue - not a lot of three digit temps in the overwhelming majority of the planet where Celsius is used...

Glad to hear it worked. How do you cope with those temps? Anything over 70F is too hot for me - fortunately that doesn't happen very often here in Orkney :)
