How do you edit these entries. Rainfall data is obviously wrong?

In the data folder there is a file named monthlyalltime.ini. It has a section for each element of weather - Temp, Wind, Pressure etc. Each month has its own section so for example to change June Rainfall records find the section named [Rain06]. It's those entries you see within Cumulus.
To be safe I would close down Cumulus whilst you edit them to the correct figures assuming you know what they are.
