The normal ftp upload works. Unfortunately the extra files are not. I can do what I want, there is always an FTP ERROR. The settings for "remonte file names" are exactly the same as for "Directory": www/cumulus/weather

You have it configured to upload to "www/cumulus/weather" which is a folder. The remote path needs a filename too, e.g....
"www/cumulus/weather/y_2020.htm"
