NEW SOFTWARE?

Hi!
I am having a WS-3083 station and Cumulus does only communicate with this device when it wants to.
I have been collecting weather data for the past 25 years and this is the first time I experience such a huge problemn with my new weather station.
Is there a reliable software out there that collects and saves weather data and that can be setup and how with the WS-3083?
Cumulus seems to be a dead software and each time win10 is getting an update it wont communicate with the WS-3083 and it gives fake readings in its datafile as well.
What do you recommend for software that has instructions how to set it up with a WS-3083?
