Hi Can anyone please advise how to move Cumulus and records to another pc ?

Hello. I have a problem because I'm trying to transfer Cumulus from a laptop with Windows 8 to a new PC with Windows 10. I do everything as instructed and it doesn't work. Any advice?

Before we offer advice a few details would be useful.
Cumulus MX / Cumulus 1?
What doesn't work?
Did you copy entire folder to Windows 10 and the install Cumulus 1 over the top (assuming Cumulus 1).

And are you running Cumulus with Administrator privileges. 10 is very funny about that. Right-click the Cumulus desktop shortcut, choose Properties, Advanced and make sure Run as Administrator is checked.
