At the bottom of the monthly reports, there are odd entries for "time". See below. Can someone explain?

First one "27" is the day on which the months high occurred.
Ditto "7" for the months low.
"2.7" is the average wind speed for the month.
and the one you missed "28" is the day of highest wind gust.
