FTP ERROR.....

Post by bnwrx »

Last night Cumulus reported this...FTP Error: FTP component already connected...Aborting....Connect Timeout

Cumulus is still sending current data to WeatherUnderground, PWS, Weatherbug

Website is not getting any new data.
I don't know what this means, so any help will be appreciated. I did a restart of the computer, but that did not resolve this issue.
Thanks to anyone.....

It apparently is no longer able to connect to your ftp server. Turn on ftp logging and the ftplog.txt may have further information.

Are you able to connect using an ftp client?

UPDATE....
Solution...Web host did a security upgrade and in so doing it would not allow the password Cumulus used to upload FTP. Worked with the host and now all is well!!

They indicated they sent a notice about changing the password but I missed it somehow.
