will Cumulus run in windows 10 I am already sceptical about the Free upgrade being offered by Microsoft (very little from microsoft seems to be actually free) but the clincher would be losing Cumulus I would certainly decline the upgrade

Both Cumulus and Cumulus MX seem to run just the same on Windows 10 as on previous Windows versions (and I'm using Windows 10 for developing Cumulus MX now).

Don't be sceptical about it being offered free, it has been on the cards for a LONG time, they only had a 10% take up with windows 8, and because it was such a flop they decided shortly after to offer 10 free, and if the rumour mill carries on predicting correctly, it will stay free, not just on upgrade
