Re: 1.8.1
Stop Cumulus and edit today.ini. It has a Start= line which is the start of day total rainfall. Add 112 to whatever that's currently showing and you should be OK again.
This release was supposed to stop this problem occurring
You should have some files in a folder called Diags, please could you send them to me?

Re: 1.8.1
What sort of weather station do you have, by the way? (It would help if everyone updated their profile).
Anyone else running 1.8.1 and having problems/not having problems?

Re: 1.8.1
Sorry Steve I have a Watson W-8681, was fine with 1.8.0
Where does the 112.2 that keeps popping up in todays rain come from, I removed it from the oct08 file.. today file was all zero and the memory cleared in the unit.
I now have start=112.2 and it looks ok,
I have then edited the oct08 file to get fid of the 112.2!!
hmmmm

Re: 1.8.1
Ok, I think I know what's happened, I think I uploaded the wrong version!
I have now uploaded the correct version, please could you download again and try it?
You'll need to edit that 6732 out of your files. The 112 figure is correct, it's the total rainfall figure from the station. It's what Cumulus uses to work out all the other figures, because that's the only figure these stations give me to work with.

Re: 1.8.1
Phew.
The total rainfall count must not have been cleared by whatever you did. The 112.2 must be in there somewhere, or Cumulus would be showing wrong rainfall figures.
I'm pleased it's working OK now, anyway. Sorry about that.

Re: 1.8.1
After checking the page I noted that my Tmax & Tmin are not numbers they should be. Tmax is higher and Tmin is lower than it was actually measured. Its all ok in graphs section and in log files. So, where did it get that numbers?
Also im having missed lines in month log, log interval is 5min.

Re: 1.8.1
I don't understand where your temp min and max are wrong? Website? Cumulus display? By how much do they differ from what you think are the correct values, and where did you get those values from?
The missing log entries are a mystery. Cumulus has a 1-minute timer, and every time it expires it checks to see if the current clock minute is a multiple of your log interval. The only thing I can think of is that your computer was busy at that time - doing an upload maybe - and when the timer expired the clock time had gone past the required minute. I can change the way I do this to lessen the chance of it happening...

Reason: Corrected 1-second timer to 1-minute timer

Re: 1.8.1
It was wrong at "today" and "yesterday" records in cumulus and on web page. Minima and maxima for current today is okay, weird.
