My suggestion is to change how the default theoretical max gets graphed. Would it be possible to make the solar radiation theoretical max be transparent? The problem is that it covers up the station data and then all you see is the theoretical.

If transparency is not possible then as beteljuice suggested maybe changing the overlay order is another solution to the problem. Looks to me like the theoretical should be underneath anyway.
