Sun Position panel

Post by GiveToLive »

In the last few updates I have not been able to get the sun position panel to show anything. I am not sure I did something or what. The station is Cumulus, the hardware is Davis Pro 2. Location US, Central time zone. Sun2.php selected in the settings. Have tried the other settings.

Thanks for any help.

I have just started to use the Home Weather Station template for Cumulus.
I have not been able to get the sun position panel to show anything. The Software is Cumulus MX, the hardware is Davis Pro 2 Plus daytime Fars. Location London UTC +1. Sun2.php selected in the settings. I Have tried the other settings but still no sun data.
Any ideas please?

Similar situation here.

After doing a clean install this morning, I see a blank Sun Position panel.

In the Southern Hemisphere & have moon phase reversed to 180°& Sun Position bearing @100.
Time Zone is +10.

My test install is at http://weather.inverellit.com/pwsnew/

Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks.

Northern hemishere:
I have just tried Sunposition Module sun2.php and sun3.php and they both work for me www.komokaweather.com/pws
Sunposition Bearing is at the default 75 even though the easyweathersetup notes say negative i.e. -

Enjoy,
Paul

Hi Paul,

I'm seeing this error. Bit out of my depth.

Phil.

For the benefit of any other Aussies etc,
The issue was resolved over on WX.
saratogaWX wrote: I think the problem with the sun3.php page is your timezone entry of 'Sydney' -- that's not a recognized timezone from here. Use easyweathersetup.php and change it to

Code: Select all

Australia/Sydney
and it should work again.
