My earthquake module is reporting incorrectly, I did see this before but it seemed to resolve itself previously.

Legacy Cumulus 1 release v1.9.4 (build 1099) - 28 November 2014 (a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of the NOAA report and Snow Index drop-down menus to 2030)

OK thats HomeWeather Cumulus which Ken True now 'hosts' via github
I've looked at some one elses site and also eqlist.php and they have the same problems.
Most likely the look-up url has been changed.
Edit: I checked out Brians Weather34 site - which was the original source, but now only handles Meteobridge, and the earthquake modules there are working fine - so someone has an answer somewhere
