Good day. I cannot read data from Oregon WMR928NX via COM1 serial port
The values are displayed correctly at localhost: 8998, sometimes one or two last station updates are performed successfully, but then the update stops. Please give me advice what is wrong.
Thank you

Re: WMR928NX
The diags file shows something similar: most of the time data seems to be received smoothly, then there are several pauses with message "Data input appears to have stopped" before restarting after a couple of seconds. One place that I saw had a different message "WS Client Disconnected".
I would start by checking the physical connection wire - is it plugged in securely at both ends? Is it in good condition? Is it too long? Has some powerful electrical equipment been moved nearby?

Re: WMR928NX
Good day.
Thanks for your reaction. To eliminate the hardware problem, I installed the original version of Cumulus1 and it runs on this computer as smoothly as it did many years before. The data is loaded and continuously updated. I have a longer cable to the station, about 10m, but the original Cumulus1 works well on it. I feel it's a software problem, I just don't know what.
