Configure the MySQL Settings

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Configure the MySQL Settings

Hi,
i try to configure the MySQL Settings of MX in the hope that he will deliver the data to a MariaDB on my Synology DiskStation for backup... But it wont work...
Is out there some documentation where i can find instructions or anything else?

first is your synology accepting remote connections? did you set up a sql user with the right permissions to the database for mx?
the mx configuration is pretty much straight forward for inserting into the data base, have you looked at your log files for any errors (mx diag)
