Hello,

I'm using a wx3083 station connected on a PC with Windows 10.

The PC loss the connexion with the station every 2 or 3 days. Same process with Cumulus and CumulsMX, and on others PCs.

The message received via CumulusMX :

Looking for Fine Offset station
Fine Offset station found
Connected to station
Error reading data from station - it may need resetting

with message "Error reading data from station - it may need resetting" that comes back in a loop.

After reset of the station, the connexion is ok and CumulusMX retrieves all data, before a new connexion problem after 2 or 3 days.

How to solve this problem of loss of connection ?

Have you used the Cumulus MX Fine Offset sync setting, this sometimes cures this problem?

Yes, unfortunately this option is already used, but without solving the problem.
