Correct, it was displaying the graphs (I checked 3 graphs at the time) and a few minutes later it gives that message. So that narrows it to a WU issue.

I see the chart section data is still sporadic at best. If it works once a day I am lucky. is this a problem that is unique to myself, or do other people also still see the problem?

I see we have lost year from the left of month and day for charts options, do you know why this is so?

Hi Chapel,
I remember reading from Ken that the former WU history data is no longer available and the only way to get data for charts is to use the API data but that does not include month and year. So he has done the best he can with what is available.

Thank you for confirming this Paul. Do you know if there is a specific reason for the change of resolution on temperature charts? Mine now only goes up/down in 1C degree increments and I am sure the previous versions had a greater resolution, eg 0.1C degree steps, or was it my imagination?

Hi Chapel,
I hadn't actually noticed the whole degrees on the charts until you pointed it out. But there has been lots of discussion and complaints about WU only showing whole degrees, and especially from those using metric. So I would guess the charts display is one of the fallout of that issue. WU staff have mentioned they are working on getting it back at a decimal display, but that was a few weeks ago.
