Re: Running MX for the first time
Have you tried http://127.0.0.1:8998/ or http://localhost:8998/ ?
In my case, CMX runs on a mini PC, and so I use http://192.168.1.80:8998/

Re: Running MX for the first time
You need to access the interface to do that, which I showed how in the previous post. It is accessed via your web browser, and will look like this:

Thanks for your help. Managed to get onto the site and update some setting but it keeps coming up with Err. Connection refused.
No sure why this is happening. Any ideas?

Did you stop Cumulus 1 before running MX?

Re: Running MX for the first time
Sounds like it may have stopped running. Can you screenshot your terminal window? Also, if you could zip up the contents of the MXdiags folder and attach them to a post on here, that would be useful.

Re: Running MX for the first time
Hi,
I am new here and have a similar problem. After using Cumulus 1 for some months, I wanted to migrate to Cumulus MX. I filled in all the settings and copied the data folder from C 1. It is now working, the terminal window says "Normal running". The charts are displayed correctly, the upload to wunderground and other websites is working.
However, the displayed records are complete nonsense, e.g. high temperature: 375999984741211,0 °C
What worries me even more is that all the menus on the left (Dashboard, Now, Gauges) are without data. The dashboard only shows the time, see attachment .
Who can help?

Re: Running MX for the first time
Stop Cumulus, switch on debug logging ( https://cumuluswiki.wxforum.net/a/Cumul ... n:_Station ) and zip up your diags folder to post it here.
