Lost records after upgrade

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Lost records after upgrade

Post by Hatkit »

I recently had a total hard disk failure on the laptop that is permanently connected to my weather station running MX version 3043. The data was lost, but fortunately I had a back up for all but a couple of weeks data. I loaded MX 3046 onto a new disk and everything runs well, the website is updating, the gauges are fine. However, although the back up data has been reloaded the monthly and all time records only reflect the extremes since I restarted the machine a few days ago. I'm presuming this is an ini file issue, but would be grateful for advice on getting my records back for the data which goes back to March 2012.

largely solved....reloaded backed up data files while cumulus closed down. a few issues with current year/month records, but all sortable.
