Cumulus Build 3045 on Ubuntu

Merry Christmas all!!!
New Intel computer build here with:
lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Release: 18.04
Codename: bionic
mono -V * Downgraded from current release of Mono
Mono JIT compiler version 4.6.2 (Debian 4.6.2.7+dfsg-1ubuntu1)

Everything looks fine except that FTP does not work.
I am running a local web server.
This is the message I see in the FTP log.

Status: Disposing FtpClient object...

Status: Disposing FtpClient object...
No files are being updated except for INI file in the CumulusMX directory.
Just testing for now as this is not a production server.
