Cumulus Support

I have transferred web hosting of Cumulus MX from Steve's to WebHostUk. I changed Username and Password of Internet Settings to the new ones. I restarted Cumulus and now MXdiags shows:
Error connecting ftp - Login authentication failed
Error uploading web/realtimegauges.txt to www/realtimegauges.txt : You aren't logged in.
After that, I also changed in Cumulus.ini, FTPlogging from 0 to 1 and the result is the same.
Can you tell me what to do?

test it with filezilla to see if that works?

I believe there is an issue with the default setting of realtimegauges.txt upload. A search here on the forum should give you some comments from Steve on this. However your's may be a different issue and sorry can't help with that.

It works with Filezilla. I have copied the Cumulus files with Filezilla to the new server.

I didn't express correctly. Filezilla didn't connect as before. Yesterday I complain with the new host provider and now FleZilla connect as before the hosting transferring. But now the station is blocked because I tried to transfer ftplog.txt that is big. I have the station in another house and I will go there only Wednesday.

have you sorted the Error uploading web/realtimegauges.txt to www/realtimegauges.txt yet?

The station is in a rural location with very poor internet. So I brought it to town and when I replaced the host name by the host IP address and after passing a night it transferred data and, of course, realtimegauges.txt. Next Saturday I will try it in its location.
