Re: change
What did you do to try to change it? At the moment, the only way to do it is to stop MX, edit Cumulus.ini, and change the CloudBaseInFeet value to 0:
CloudBaseInFeet=0
CloudBaseInFeet=0

Re: change
I tried this on my config, but it won't set the cloud base on the gauges page to meters.steve wrote:What did you do to try to change it? At the moment, the only way to do it is to stop MX, edit Cumulus.ini, and change the CloudBaseInFeet value to 0:

Re: change
The gauges in the user interface, you mean? I'm probably not sending the cloud base unit in the web sockets data, I'll investigate and fix it in the next build. Although really I'd prefer it if the cloud base gauge wasn't on there at all.

Re: change
Because the cloud base figure is mostly nonsense, and confusing to casual observers if displayed on a web site. But I guess for 'internal' purposes it's OK assuming the user understands where it comes from. I still get complaints from users from time to time that the figure is 'wrong'.

Re: change
Yes, in the user interface, any changes I make do not apply locally, but I expected this seen as these files were intended for "web use".steve wrote:The gauges in the user interface, you mean?
