I have noticed that the <#YearMonthlyRainH> and <#YearMonthlyRainHD> tags are currently returning 1.0 mm and February, rather than 83.2 mm and January. Using b3018

It's a typo in the code which reads the saved value from year.ini, so it effectively gets reset to zero every time you start Cumulus.
