Where ist it?

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

Where ist it?

Post by haeb »

Hi Steve,

i am missing two things:
"selact a graph" with the posibility to set start and end date
"this period" with the posibility to set start and end date

Are these items on board or not? If not, do you plan to implement it?

Up to now my impression on CMX is very positive. It is running fine on my raspi. I am going to carry on monitoring CMX the next day.
THIS is the app i have wished for some time!

Regards Horst

They aren't there yet.

This is a Beta trial and Steve does say in the notes that not all Cumulus 1 functionality is available in Cumulus MX. If you need this sort of thing you ought to revert to Cumulus 1 and come back to Cumulus MX when it is out of Beta and Steve is adding additional functionality as I suspect he has enough on his plate ironing out the multiple combinations of stations, operating systems and locale and language differences without adding extras to his workload.

You can always copy the data folder back to Cumulus 1 and run the reports there until Steve has programmed them.

Its probably best to intentionally "break" Cumulus 1 by setting the communications parameters to something incorrect (e.g. a non-existent COM port) so running Cumulus1 won't clash with the live MX.
