Fine Offset WH-3081

Hi there
i'm a little late to the party, but having a bit of trouble getting up and running
with a Fine Offset WH-3081, on Windows 8.1 64-bit

- The web interface loads ok, as do the charts and historical data,
but the dashboard is empty

mxdiag file (attached) shows that the station itself is found ok:
8:57:26 PM Fine Offset station found

Chrome console shows one error (which i think is not the issue)
GET http://localhost:8998/lib/bootstrap/css ... me.css.map 404 (Not Found)

also tried disabling firewall and AV just to be sure they weren't interfering
I've attached both mxdiag file and a screenshot of the empty dash
please let me know if there's anything else i can provide that would help

What browser are you using? What URL are you using in it - looks like localhost or 127.0.0.1? Have you tried using the IP address of the PC instead?

Hi Steve,
i'm using chrome, and yep i was using localhost (http://localhost:8998) which failed,
...and switching to the machine's actual IP address worked!
(http://192.168.1.111:8998)
i didn't expect it to be that simple
