Build 3013 has stopped accepting localhost for connections

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

With 3013, mine started accepting connections to the host name rather than having to use the ip address directly.
I'd reported the fact that I was forced to connect via IP instead of host-name earlier, but no one else had reported the problem,

localhost, IP address, and host name all working
