It seems to be working from what I can tell... I am in UTC -10 (Pacific/Honolulu) and I see the times on your graph showing as UTC.

Looking at the link from here a few minutes ago it is showing 20:00 which would be your time = my time UTC -5:00 being 15:00 (3:00 pm)
