Running 3009 on a Raspberry Pi and a Fine Offset 1081 with no apparent problems but I'm getting the occasional kernel error, shown via dmesg of:
Transfer to device 7 endpoint 0x1 frame 448 failed - FIQ reported NYET. Data may have been lost.
Frame number varies.
An 'lsusb' give:
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0424:9514 Standard Microsystems Corp.
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0424:ec00 Standard Microsystems Corp.
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 148f:5370 Ralink Technology, Corp. RT5370 Wireless Adapter
Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0781:5572 SanDisk Corp.
Bus 001 Device 007: ID 1941:8021 Dream Link WH1080 Weather Station / USB Missile Launcher
There's nothing in the diags log to indicate a problem. Could this be a FO console problem?

Re: Raspberry Pi - kernel USB error message
Google shows a number of people getting this on the Pi. Looks like a firmware bug, which has been fixed. Do you have the latest firmware installed? It looks like you also have to make a config change.

Re: Raspberry Pi - kernel USB error message
My goggle powers have deserted me! I missed that one when I did search.
I was running the latest firmware before I started the beta but there' obviously been an update.
I've run rpi-update and made the change to the cmdline.txt file.
Thanks once again.
