Webtag - <#LastDataReadT> output incorrect. [Fixed]

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

This tag isn't producing the expected output in b3005...

<#LastDataReadT> = 'Friday PM'

rather than something like... 09/01/2015 22:23:09

I have corrected with a format string for now.

Confirmed fixed in b3007 (I missed 3006, you're too quick for me!).
