Had to post here cos it looks like cant ask questions attached to the pinned FAQ.

Some people might not like running as root. It might cause issues starting the program automatically (at least in Windows - I don't know about Linux). Is this a permanent state of affairs or will this requirement be relaxed as the beta progresses?
