On win 7 the offsets are filled with default by starting up, in my case with commadecimals by default the give all an error (must ne a number) when I change the values with a decimal point it looks it's accepted and saved but when I go to the interface all values are set back to the defaults..
My windows 7 has a commadecimal by default unfortunally I can't test much first holydays in Gambia
The webinterface is very impressive by the way !

The "engine" is, but as I mentioned the other day, and again in the announcement here, there are issues with Mono on the Raspberry Pi, and issues with the web interface. When I get chance I'll have a look at the web interface issues.
