Cumulus Support

Everything worked well except the ALL TIME records.
when I go to :http://melvinweather.com/record.htm
and select ALL TIME, it takes me to this, http://melvinweather.com/multirecord.htm
what do I have to do to have it with the SUNNY WEATHER formatting? like this: http://weatherbyyou.com/demo/sunny_weather/record.htm

The demo uses Cumulus version 1.9.3 while you are using version 1.9.4 that introduced the individual monthly-all-time records.
To cope with the change of version, Jacques originally swapped the content in file names recordsT.htm and monthlyrecordT.htm around (compared to standard Cumulus content) to save people changing the navigation links on the other Sunny Weather pages. This file name swap gives access to the new page and as you have found the right hand selector on that new page gives access to the renamed old page.

The day (sun) and night (moon) look is determined by and that should be in each of the above template files.

EDIT - this topic has been discussed and solved on http://weatherbyyou.com/forum/index.php. There were errors in the package downloaded.

I have it fixed,
Shortly after I placed the post I figured out what was going on and Jacques, posted the corrected files.
