Timezone is incorrect on GRAPHIC clock... but not in text.

I am having a problem with the website created by Cumulus. Everything is working great except for a couple of small issues. I would appreciate some input on how to correct these:

1. On the index page (http://geramynangela.homeserver.com/weather/index.htm), the time listed in the left side as text is correct, but the graphically animated clock on the right is two hours ahead of my local time. How do I change the timezone on the clock graphic?

2. On the records page (http://geramynangela.homeserver.com/weather/record.htm) the text goes well beyond the bottom of the formatting of the page. How can I extend the light blue area to include all of the text?

Your index page seems to be OK at the moment, or at least it's no more than your upload interval ahead of your record timestamp.
