Forecast issues...

Post by William Grimsley »

Hi Ken,

Again, some more forecast issues...

I will add a screenshot to explain what I mean...

Black = Original
Red = Would like to do

e.g. For both Thursday I would like to move the Thursday text down one line like in my new WU-forecast.php...

Though, for Wednesday Night I want the red text to be where the black text is now.

Image

Thanks

Will

Will,
This is not an 'Issue' but a 'Stylistic want'.

To achieve it you would need to modify WU-forecast.php to make those changes, and by doing so, own the script for your personal support of it.

Please use 'Issue' for 'Bug/erroneous result needing fixing' and not for items that are stylistically under your control.

Hi Ken,

Ah right! So, more head smashing again the computer, then!?

Ok, just thought to myself that where Thursday is now in the top right of the ajax-dashboard.php if that becomes night then it wouldn't work anyway.

Oh well, I will just have to live with it...

EDIT: Well, I've just made me ajax-dashboard.php file wider so it as wide as the page and is also as wide as the radar/satellite/lightning images are on my site so that makes a good integration. Then, I edited the WU-forecast.php file and made the Wednesday Night, Thursday Night etc. no-space error dissapear. I'm happy now. :D

Thanks again

Will
