The issue with your site is caused by a webserver issue with DNS
Network error: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known (0)
HTTP stats: dns=20.022 conn=14.985 put=n/a get( blocks)=n/a close=n/a total=35.007 secs
DNS lookup times over 4 seconds indicate an issue with the webserver's DNS providers and should be addressed by the tech support at your hoster.

Likely the nameservers listed in /etc/resolv.conf are having issues.. when tech support fixes that, the scripts requiring external site data (like WU-forecast.php) should return to normal operation.

Also, you seem to be running an old version (Version 3.00 - 31-Oct-2014 on PHP 5.4.45) of WU-forecast.php

Other files in your site may also need updating, but unfortunately, the check-fetch-times.php?show=versions is failing due to the abovementioned DNS resolution issue. When it is resolved, I suggest you use the version checker to bring your site up to current revision levels.

Best regards,
Ken

thanks Ken.. I didn't see your reply. I'll check with them or even move it to my own host.

Mark,

If you check this link, it shows what modules/scripts are outdated.

http://www.marton-weather.co.uk/check-f ... w=versions

update these and you maybe see some benefits.

you also may what to tweak your apache/php setup and if you can, update PHP to 7.2, as it is faster.

Then use gtmetrix.com to try and get better results of page loads etc. Here's yours at present:
