UK Buoy Data.

I have updated my UK Buoy data page as I was missing 62050 buoy and grabbed the larger, and better quality image from http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov for the UK image.
original image I was using was 616 x 410 and quality was not that great. I'm using a slightly larger one now of 706 x 470 and have updated the Buoy | Name | Coords and value display offsets.
if anyone wants it I have attached just the UK files.
