Suddenly, a lot of web pages that are using Saratoga templates are showing this error:
unable to load XXXX data RC=302 Moved Temporarily

No matter what METAR code is used (I saw this error in pages from several countries).
Any idea about what is causing this problem?

SOLVED: Update to latest get-metar-conditions-inc.php solves the problem.

Yes, the NWS has been shutting down the old weather.nws.noaa.gov and weather.noaa.gov website(s) so it's important for template users to run check-fetch-times.php?show=versions on their site when trouble is spotted -- that script will highlight out-of-date scripts on your site and give you a convenient link to get the update package.

Very off topic, but is it possible to make the Templates "responsive" for mobile devices?

Looking through the Saratoga website I get the impression the version checker is only for complete template sets. I’m running METAR display.php standalone within a standard Cumulus template. Your website lists download as V1.00, but thats stopped working. Is there a link to the latest version, as I've been unable to find it?

When the NWS was changing URLs for METAR from weather.noaa.gov to tgftp.nws.noaa.gov, I'd done the script update (for the templates) as you say, but forgot to include the script in the standalone distribution. Sorry..

It's there now, but you may just want to download the script itself from here.
