Just curious as to why or how to fix a line in the menu shown below. Some of my Pages have a full line included from top to bottom of the navigation bar, and some dont.

The line between the menu area and the main content is actually a left-border: 1px element associated with the main content area.
Use one or more
<p> </p>
at the end of your content to extend the size of the content area to match what you have in the menu area.
